Hold SHIFT while moving to create a superposition - your piece exists in TWO positions at once (shown as ghost pieces).
When a superposed piece is captured or captures another piece, it collapses to one position (50/50 chance).
Superposed pieces that interact become entangled - measuring one affects the other.
Kings are too important! They cannot be in superposition.
All normal chess rules apply. Quantum moves are optional strategic additions.
